AIM 7 combines the traditional instant messaging features with Lifestream. This allows the user to stay informed on what his AIM contacts are doing on Facebook, Twitter, Flickr, Delicious, Digg, YouTube etc. AIM Lifestream included social networking statuses, live feeds and allows users to add comments within AIM 7.
The user can receive status updates, post photos and leave comments to stay connected and that too at one place. Consolidation of all the social interactions at one place allows AIM Lifestream to facilitate communication with either one or a group of contacts without any difficulty. No wonder, this new feature from the house of AIM has made social networking a great experience.
Setting up of the AIM social networking features is a simple process. You just need to click the "Lifestream" tab on the AIM Buddy List. Then, click the "Set Up My Lifestream" button to continue.
